Joe Flacco is coming back for another season.

The 41-year-old quarterback has agreed to a one-year deal to stay with the Cincinnati Bengals, his agent, Joe Linta, told ESPN. Sources told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler the contract is for $6 million, but could be worth up to $9 million with incentives.

Flacco began last season as the Cleveland Browns‘ top quarterback. But after four starts, he was benched in favor of Cleveland rookie Dillon Gabriel.

A lawsuit filed Tuesday in Pennsylvania state court accused sportsbooks FanDuel and DraftKings of using data supplied by the NFL to offer a “known addictive product,” as well as VIP hosts to encourage two plaintiffs to keep betting, eventually leading to gambling disorders and financial losses.

The NFL and its data partner Genius Sports are named defendants in the suit, in addition to FanDuel, DraftKings and five sportsbook employees who were assigned as VIP hosts to plaintiffs Christopher Sage and Terry Thompson.

The Atlanta Falcons have reached a one-year, $2.5 million deal with running back Brian Robinson, according to the NFL Network.

Robinson replaces Tyler Allgeier, who signed with Arizona Cardinals, as the complement to Bijan Robinson.

The San Francisco 49ers acquired Robinson as Christian McCaffrey insurance last August after injuries to backup running backs Isaac Guerendo and Jordan James.
