BEREA, Ohio — Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson said he’s “throwing at full speed” again, as he continues to work his way back from last year’s season-ending right shoulder injury.
Watson underwent surgery in November to repair a displaced fracture to the glenoid in his throwing shoulder.
“Everything is full motion,”
