EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The Tampa Bay Buccaneers activated cornerback Jamel Dean off injured reserve and downgraded All-Pro left tackle Tristan Wirfs to doubtful Saturday in advance of Sunday’s Week 12 game at the New York Giants.
